Days ago I received a mail from blogger for copyright infringement.
Here is a extract:
"Blogger has been notified, according to the terms of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), that certain content in your blog infringes upon the copyrights of others..."
"The notice that we received, with any personally identifying information removed, will be posted online by a service called Chilling Effects at http://www.chillingeffects.org. "
"The DMCA is a United States copyright law that provides guidelines for online service provider liability in case of copyright infringement. We are in the process of removing from our servers the links that allegedly infringe upon the copyrights of others."
"Please note that repeated violations to our Terms of Service may result in further remedial action taken against your Blogger account. If you have legal questions about this notification, you should retain your own legal counsel."

I was thinking about that, and I don't want that blog will be closed. We are trying to do the best for our favorite group ^^
I'll have to remove some links that could be infringed copyrights.
Any idea please let me know ^^

perhaps instead of linking the d/l links directly on this blog, you could set up a mailing list to email those interested in a certain video the d/l link?
It is alot of work though...
perhaps you might have to set up a new email address just for this purpose
i suggest that u may type links in this way
for example:
xxx.youtube.com (we all know xxx is www)
i saw this kind of link on other blog and bbs.

well..of course we don want to end this blog, since it's the best blog that i've seen for SPEED..have you thought bout having a new website? but im not sure if you'll still have the same problem with copyrights...anyway good luck!! and if u need any help from us visitors let us kno...cuz together we can resolver evertything!! =)
